This Android App – “Bonrix RetailDesk CashBook” is design for cash Bookkeeping for maintaining day to day payment and purchase details of customer or supplier.it is an easy and light accounting App for retail store or for any business where cash bookkeeping required in daily operation for maintaining client and supplier balance.

Bonrix RetailDesk CashBook has following major features.

1. Customer and Supplier account creation with unique ID. Android phone book can be used for account creation for easy assistance in form fillup.

2. This app is password protected and access to this app is possible with login with unique ID or with phonebook search.

3. User cum administrator can able to login to Customer or supplier account and then he or she can able to enter purchase or payment details with remarks.

4. This app keep statement or ledger for each customer or supplier and this is easily accessible after login to Customer or Supplier account.

5. SMS Notification is inbuilt part of this app and customer or supplier will be notified with text message (SMS) on each purchase or payment entry booked by user cum administrator. There are two options for sending sms, either sim based sms can be use or user can able set web based sms setting using HTTP API URL.

6. There are customizable option for setting of SMS template for various notification like balance update and low balance or pending payment remainder.
7. Additional to SMS notification there are various Sharing option for sharing payment or purchase details with customer and supplier on whatsapp , email etc.. Even entire statement or ledger can search by date and shared in text format or image format.
